Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped Mastercard or Visa.
Orders are subject to stock on hand. Back orders will be shipped ASAP.
During hot weather it may be necessary to ship by air or in coolers; we will advise you if this is necessary as there will be an extra charge for special shipping.
Substitution Policy

Returns and Refunds
All claims for damage or shortages must be filed with CARRIER within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise.
Damaged goods must be returned to Bidwells for credit or refund. Return shipping expenses will be paid by Bidwell Candies. No returns without approval.
